Home Renovation Floor & Ceiling Abatement

Prior to purchasing and renovating a 1970s semi-detached property, a pre-purchase survey flagged textured coatings (Artex) and multi-layered floor tiles. We carefully suppressed fibres using specialised wetting agents, scraped the ceilings down to the bare plasterboard, and uplifted both the vinyl tiles and the hazardous black bitumen adhesive beneath, leaving the home completely safe for the plasterers.
